Our Mission
Special Programs and Services (SP&S) and the Academic Sucess Action Plan (TRIO project) are programs that are designed to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to all of the educational offerings at Los Angeles Harbor College. The programs facilitates, equal opportunity through the provision of appropriate support services, curriculum, instruction and adaptive technology.
Program Eligibility
Individuals with mobility, visual, hearing, speech, learning, psychological, or other health impairments may benefit from available services. To determine your eligibility for specific support services you may call SP&S and make an appointment to speak with a Disability Specialist or SP&S Counselor.
