Sometimes we don’t realize that our friends mention only selective facts about their life. The great vacation, the
beautiful meal, the joyful party, the new boy/girlfriend… If there’s no balance folks can start to think they have
the worst life and everyone’s having more fun than they are! It can get depressing if you don’t find the right
attitude toward it and learn how to protect yourself. - Workshops will run from 1 pm -2 pm in the library;
