Note: Processing time is 3-5 business days. May be longer during holidays.

Students are required to ensure the following:  

  • Have applied to LAHC and have a Student ID number 

  • Please log into the form using your LAHC account 

  • Complete the form entirely 

  • Attach the appropriate transcript or AP score report if you have not submitted official ones to Admissions & Records

Unofficial copies of transcripts are accepted to clear Pre-Requisites    

Students will be notified through their LACCD email address once the pre-requisite has been cleared or if additional information is required.
