Come and learn various types of meditation on suspending judgment and approaching all experiences with warmth and kindness, unleashing your natural curiosity about the working of the mind.

Mindfulness Meditation helps to develop focused attention and concentration to observe and witness one’s sensations, thoughts, and feelings now without interpretation or judgment, and it helps to relax the body and mind and reduce stress.
