Sometimes we do not realize that our friends mention only selective facts about their life. The great vacation, the beautiful meal, the joyful party, the new girlfriend/boyfriend…If there are no balance folks can start to think they have the worst life and everyone’s having more fun than they are! It can get depressing if you do not find the right attitude toward it and learn how to protect yourself.
