New Student Information

If you are interested in taking noncredit courses,you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Apply to Los Angeles Harbor College
  2. Attend Orientation
  3. Take the CASAS Placement Test (only for NC ESL, Citizenship and Basic Skills/GED students)
  4. Meet with your noncredit counselor
  5. Enroll in a class through the SIS portal

- Voc Ed students do not take the CASAS Placement Exam -

If you are having trouble accessing your student portal or need to reset the password, contact technical support.

The SIS portal is the student portal. You will need to login in order to access your student email and CANVAS.
