New Student Information
If you are interested in taking noncredit courses,you will need to complete the following steps:
- Apply to Los Angeles Harbor College
- Attend Orientation
- Take the CASAS Placement Test (only for NC ESL, Citizenship and Basic Skills/GED students)
- Meet with your noncredit counselor
- Enroll in a class through the SIS portal
- Voc Ed students do not take the CASAS Placement Exam -
