Which method of dual enrollment is right for your students?
If your intent is to enhance existing curriculum for your middle school students, the Dual Enrollment Office, along with the Vice President of Academic Affairs can work with you in selecting individual, single class coursework from the LAHC approved list of course offerings would be your next step.
If your intent is to enhance existing curriculum for your high school students, the Dual Enrollment Office, along with the Vice President of Academic Affairs can work with you in selecting individual, single class coursework or a pathway for your school/program.
For AB288 CCAP agreements, enabling your high school students to complete a career certificate for job placement or developing an Early College academic pathway, working with our Dual Enrollment Office and the Vice President of Academic, we can help you choose and build the academic and/or career certificate pathway would be your next step.
For Contract Education agreements, enabling your students to complete a career certificate for job placement or developing an Early College academic pathway, working with the Dual Enrollment Office and the Vice President of Academic Affairs would be your next step to help you choose and build the academic and/or career pathway best for you and your students.

#2 After completing the paper application and if you are UNDER AGE 14 (or in 9th/10th grade) contact the Outreach office via E-mail or by phone.
ENROLLMENT POLICIES for K-12 Students:
Harbor waives tuition for California residents enrolled in high school (maximum of 11 units per semester or 7 units during Winter/Summer intersessions). Students are responsible for the cost of textbooks or materials. Financial Aid is not available for High School students.
Please be aware of:
- Parents/guardians may not conduct transactions on behalf of the student.
- All classes are college-level and they are not "high school level classes".
- All class recommendations should be made by the high school counselor or administrator. They are the only ones authorized to state how/if Harbor's classes are placed on the high school transcript.
** Students are encourage to attempt enrollment on-line. **
