An LAHC led orientation for parents and potential students is held to discuss the course offerings at the school, the eligibility requirements for entry and on-going program admission, and the application and enrollment processes

Recruitment by the High School or LAHC DE or Outreach Teams with an LAHC led orientation for parents and potential students is held to discuss the course offerings at the school, the eligibility requirements for entry and on-going program admission and the application and enrollment processes

Recruitment and orientation is provided by the contracting school; an LAHC representative will attend if requested

Enrollment Process

• REVISED K-12 form * which includes:
  • FERPA Wavier
  • Middle School/High School attendance verification form
  • LAHC Photo/Video Wavier
• Student transcripts * for English & Math to verify minimum grade requirements and/or for Prerequisite clearance.
